First, you will need to obtain and sign any acceptance documentation the company requires. This may include sending an acceptance letter, or signing some forms that indicate you accept the job offer. Next you'll need to complete the new hire paperwork. The company may require a drug test, or do a background check. Finally you'll want to know all the logistics about your first day of work-parking, building access, location of your office or cube, anything that will get your first day off to a great start.
