What will be an ideal response?
One way that has been proposed to reduce prejudice is to place groups in direct contact with each other in meaningful ways, where they work together toward a common goal. Another way discussed in the text is consciousness raising. In this technique, people become more aware of their biases and put effort into education and intervention programs to help dispel their prejudices. Students will choose one of these and defend why it might be more successful.
