What are the advantages and disadvantages of deep-cycle lead antimony batteries?

What will be an ideal response?

They are very good for providing slow continuous voltage in what is called a deep cycle. Deep-cycle batteries have high CCA ratings and are easily recycled. But they can continue to accept up to 5 amps of current during a recharge, even though they are fully charged. Because of this, they are no longer used in passenger cars. They use considerably more water, and they gas heavily during overcharging.
