A variety of hardware can be used to screen or secure data inside an office. A freestanding privacy screen, or a panel, can be used to divide a work area so that unauthorized individuals cannot see the information that a user is entering on her computer. Privacy screens also refer to a cover that slips over a computer monitor and creates a narrow viewing angle so the computer image is only visible to those directly in front of the screen.
