List the treatment options available for polycystic kidney disease

What will be an ideal response?

Answer: There is no cure for polycystic kidney disease. Treatment is aimed at controlling high blood pressure, pain, and infections that tend to arise in cysts. Surgery may be used to drain cysts, which can relive pain temporarily. Eventually dialysis and a kidney transplant may be needed. Prevention is not possible because of the genetic nature of polycystic kidney disease.
