What are some of the things that you should keep in mind when you receive criticism?
What will be an ideal response?
You should view criticism as an opportunity to improve. Stay calm and don’t get defensive and don’t try to deny something you did or place the blame on others. In most cases, when someone gives you criticism, they are trying to help you improve and it’s not meant to be about you as a person, but rather a behavior that you can change to improve. Also keep in mind that it is difficult to improve without feedback, and, ultimately, criticism is a form of feedback.
