Why should the role of architect and team leader be assigned to distinct persons?

What will be an ideal response?


The role of architect requires good technical abilities. The role of team leader requires good management abilities.
Both kinds of abilities are rarely present in the same person. Both roles are time consuming can rarely be
accomplished well by the same person at once.
