Compare transnational terrorism to domestic terrorism as they relate to their definitions

What will be an ideal response?

Transnational terrorism can originate from virtually any country, but the largest and most sophisticated terror organizations posing the greatest threat to U.S. security are of Islamic background originating from Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and various Arabic nations. Domestic terrorism, as currently defined by the Patriot Act, is the same as transnational terrorism but performed within the borders of the United States. Domestic terrorism has also been defined by the FBI as "the unlawful use, or threatened use, of force or violence by a group or individual based and operating entirely within the United States or its territories without foreign direction committed against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives."
