Digital citizenship refers to the rights and responsibilities of technology use. It speaks to the decisions that individuals make about the use (or misuse) of technology-actions that to a large extent define their identity as digital citizens. Digital citizenship also encompasses ethical behavior on the web, including (but not limited to) communication with others.
