Compare a stenotic and insufficient valve

What will be an ideal response?

A stenotic valve is a stiff, narrow valve that does not open completely. Blood must be forced through the narrow opening at higher than normal pressures. An insufficient valve does not close completely. Depending on the severity of the insufficiency, blood might flow backward though the valve in a process called regurgitation
