changes which may manifest in a number of ways such as a lack of
appropriate grooming (for example, the individual might begin to
wear clothing inside out or no clothing at all);

urinary incontinence, cease oral care or shaving, and overall inability
to care for him- or herself;
? Displays a progressive decline of appropriate judgment;
? Additionally, caretakers are called upon to witness a personality
change in someone diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the inability to
sustain his or her former standard of behavior;
? The family or significant other may have to make the decision to
institutionalize their loved one; and
? Caretakers may experience depression, emotional distress, financial
worries, loss of work, and family conflict.
