Schools can 1) create networks and establish regular group meetings; 2) provide adequate resources and support; 3) provide clear job descriptions and expectations; 4) establish and maintain open communication; and 5) allow for and encourage professional development activities, especially those that facilitate mentoring and networking relationships.
