Results-only work environment (ROWE) is a management strategy that goes well beyond flexible work arrangements (FWAs). Under ROWE, employees are evaluated on performance and not presence. ROWE employees can do whatever they want, whenever they want, as long as their job gets done. Under ROWE, employees are given defined goals that can be clearly met or unmet.
