Compare and contrast an introvert and an extravert.
What will be an ideal response?
Extraversion is one of the Big Five factors of personality. A person who is extraverted likes to be around other people and is typically sociable, fun-loving, and affectionate. A person who is introverted likes spending time alone. The theory of person-situation interaction predicts that the introvert will adapt best when asked to carry out tasks independently and the extravert will adapt best when asked to collaborate with others.
