The five responsibilities of leaders are listed below. Answers will vary based on
the situation discussed, but should address all five responsibilities in some fashion.
The first responsibility of the leader is to act.
A second critical leadership responsibility is building a team among the members of the
group.
A third responsibility of leadership is asking the right questions and continuing to search
for responses instead of feeling compelled to respond with the answer.
A fourth responsibility for leaders is effective decision making.
Finally, the leader must practice constant and continuous communication
