Discuss three principles to guide ethical and inclusive communication

What will be an ideal response?

Ethical communication treats people fairly and does not exclude or demean others on
the basis of their race, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or other
characteristics. Using language ethically means considering people's preferences regarding
what they prefer to be called, especially when referring to individuals and groups of people.
Using language ethically also means putting people first when referring to individuals with
disabilities. In other words, one would say "a person with epilepsy" rather than "an epileptic."
The final suggestion for using language ethically is to avoid gender bias. Following these three
principles creates ethical communication that is inclusive, unbiased, and respectful.
