In the southern US bordering Mexico, the drug wars are involving all facets of daily life and not only involving drug cartels, but street gangs as well. These gangs have links throughout the US and the obvious concern is what issue do they pose for Homeland Security in preventing terrorists from infiltrating such gangs to gain entry to the US.
