Compare the Top Down vs. Bottom up approaches to robotic creation.

What will be an ideal response?

The Top Down approach is where we start with something very complex, such
as people or independent thought, and then trying to create something as close to
that as possible with the technology available or derivatives of that technology.
The Bottom Up approach is where the inventor starts with a very simplistic input
and control system and then sees what happens.
