Explain Ohm's Law.

What will be an ideal response?

The science of electricity tells us that for electrical power lines (conductors) the current (I) is directly proportional to the voltage (V) and is inversely proportional to the resistance (R) of the conductor. This relationship is called Ohm's law and is written as follows:
I = V/R
Ohm's law is valid for any electrical circuit, from expansive power transmission lines to tiny computer chips.
