To add an appointment to your Calendar, select the day for which you want to set up the appointment, and then on the Home tab, in the New group, click the New Appointment button. A new Appointment window opens, with the title Untitled - Appointment.
When you have entered all the necessary information about the appointment, on the Ribbon, on the Appointment tab, in the Actions group, click the Save & Close button to return to the Calendar. You'll see the appointment in the designated time.
