What are the three reading levels that teachers use to match children with books?

What will be an ideal response?

Teachers consider children's word recognition, fluency, and comprehension as they determine their reading levels and match them with books:
• Independent Reading Level. Children can read the books comfortably on their own. They recognize most words, read fluently, and comprehend what they're reading.
• Instructional Reading Level. Children can read books at this level with support, but not on their own. Books at this level are used for reading instruction.
• Frustration Reading Level. Children can't read books at this level successfully because they're too difficult. Sometimes teachers compensate by reading these books aloud, but they may still be too difficult for children to understand.
