Describe each of the four phases of the Plan-Do-Check-Act process in a behaviour change.

What will be an ideal response?

“Plan” as the thinking and recording of details in both why and how the behaviour change initiative was chosen as well as the step-by-step process by which it will be achieved. “Do” is the execution of the steps in the plan. “Check” is the study of what is working and what is not so that the plan can be adjusted. “Act” is to continue forward integrating the new behaviours.
