Compare Daoist principles with Buddha’s Four Noble Truths

Please provide the best answer for the statement.

1. To attain the Dao (“the way”), the individual must practice the art of “not-doing.” It argues for the interchangeability of energy and matter, a principle the Chinese call qi. The qi can be understood only by those who live in total simplicity, and to this end the Daoist engages in strict dietary practices, breathing exercises, and meditation. For Daoism, enlightenment lies neither in the visible world nor in language, although to find the “way” one must, paradoxically, pass through or use both. Daoism thus represents a spiritual desire to transcend the material world.
2. Similar to Daoism, Buddhism rejects the material world: Buddha believed the desire for material things to be the source of all human suffering and the primary form of ignorance. Living with Four Noble Truths in mind would allow one to overcome this desire:
Life is suffering.
This suffering has a cause, which is ignorance.
Ignorance can be overcome and eliminated.
The way to overcome this ignorance is by following the Eightfold Path of right view, right resolve, right speech, right action, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness, and right concentration.
