When developing an observation protocol, what are the differences between reflexive notes and descriptive notes?

What will be an ideal response?

Reflexive notes are the researcher’s personal thoughts, feelings, ideas, questions, impressions, and biases about what he or she is observing in the environment, whereas descriptive notes are observations about what is actually happening in the environment. This might include writing down specific conversations, a description of the physical setting, a list of the participants/actors in the setting, and the logistics of the observation (including time, place, and location of the observation).
