What is secure attachment and ? according to the interviewed student ? what happens when it is not there?

What will be an ideal response?

Secure attachment is a lasting, enduring, long-term emotional tie. Due to the absence of this, this young woman felt
distrustful of others, found it tough to love, had to relearn relating to people, and had to learn to not feel guilty or
to apologize for things that she has no control over. She also had to learn that she doesn't have to earn kindness.
She feels guilty that she is a "high need" person.
