What is the evidence that males may undergo mood and behavior fluctuations similar to females?
What will be an ideal response?
Although men do not have a monthly reproductive cycle comparable to that of women, they do experience regular fluctuations of hormone levels; there is also some evidence that men's moods follow a cyclical pattern. Studies comparing men and women have found that both sexes experience hormonal cycles resulting in changes in mood, behavior, and sexual desire. Whereas such changes in women are often attributed to monthly menstrual cycle fluctuations, men's testosterone levels appear to be lowest in the evening and highest in the morning. Levels of testosterone also decline with age.
