Describe the procedure for doing a thorough bench check on freshly reassembled two-stroke engine and why this is important.
What will be an ideal response?
After you have completed the reassembly it is a good idea to check that the crankshaft turns freely and that the transmission shifts easily into every gear. This is important because you would not want to reinstall the engine in the chassis and find that it did not shift properly.
