Hgb and hct are slightly low. The hgb abnormality is so close it probably would not be counted as low. However, these two being low could indicate a slight anemia. MCV is very low indicating a very small cell. MCH is also low indicating the mean hgb per cell is low, which would be expected with the cell size being so small.

% lymph is also slightly low and would indicate protein deficiency, but this has nothing to do with the anemia in this case.
