Answers will vary. If you want to use Access data in a PowerPoint slide, you cannot export it directly to a slide. You can, however, use Copy and Paste commands to copy data from a datasheet, and then paste it to a PowerPoint slide as a table.?1. Open the desired Access database you want to copy data from.?2. To the left of the Species column heading, click the selector box. All the records in the query results datasheet are selected.?3. On the ribbon, click the Home tab. In the Clipboard group, click the Copy button. The selected query results are copied to the Clipboard.?4. Switch to the PowerPoint Presentation. Display the slide where you need to insert the table in the Slide pane.?5. In the Slide pane, click in the blank area below the title.?6. On the Home tab, in the Clipboard group, click the Paste button arrow, point to each button to see its effect, and then click the Use Destination Theme button and PowerPoint inserts the query results in a table on the slide. Please see the section "Copying and Pasting among Office Programs" for more information.
