Explain how to remove a bird from a cage

Close all windows and doors.
Open the cage enough to place your hand in the cage.
Place your hand over the birds back.
Place the thumb and index finger around the bird's head. Use the pointer finger on the top of the head to prevent moving.
Wrap the remaining fingers gently around the body.
Pin the wings against the body to prevent flapping.
Use the free hand to secure the toes and the lower body.
Do not apply pressure over the front chest area. The chest must be able to expand and contract with breathing.
Remove the bird from the cage.
