Why doesn’t the prosecution of arson crimes occur often?
What will be an ideal response?
There is no one qualified or trained to conduct the investigation. The time required for a thorough arson investigation by police or fire authorities is not available. Prosecuting attorneys are reluctant to file and pursue prosecution. This is the most prevalent reason, because arson cases are difficult to prosecute.
