Give an example in which you could justify the use of communication technology when you are attempting to persuade someone to take an action.
What will be an ideal response?
When timing is important and someone must be notified immediately, it is often
best to use written communication. If the opportunity does not exist to have an
appointment with the person in need of persuasion in a timely manner, then written
communication may become necessary. In this way, the party can be informed of the
topic and that an interest in changing their mind exists, but it is not necessary to see
them in a face-to-face format in order to transmit this information. A face-to-face meeting
can be reserved for later, once they have been appropriately notified of the intent to
persuade them.
