Fee Simple Determinable is an estate that terminates if an event specified by the grantor occurs, or a use specified by the grantor ends.
Fee Simple Conditional, or a Fee Simple Subject to a Condition Subsequent, is an estate that continues uninterrupted until the occurrence of a future event.
Life estate is an estate limited in duration to the life of a designated individual. While the duration is limited to an indefinite time (the lifetime of the measuring life) it comes with all the other rights of fee simple absolute ownership.
