List four effects of Ice Age glaciers aside from the formation of major erosional and depositional features

What will be an ideal response?

As ice advanced during the last Ice Age, it occupied land area, forcing plants and animals to migrate. Ice also dammed rivers, causing proglacial lakes to form. As ice retreated, a great mass was removed from the land, causing the crust to isostatically rebound upward. Finally, the formation of glaciers resulted in great sea level fall with the amount of water locked in ice sheets. When the ice melted, all this water returned to the oceans, causing tremendous sea level rise.
