Fourth Amendment deals with “search and seizure” of a suspect or an occupied structure. These would require warrants as situations dictate. The Fifth Amendment deals with right against self-incrimination during arrest. Miranda warning would be necessary before interrogation. And Sixth Amendment rights apply at time of arrest for an attorney and a “speedy trial.”
