Next, the reservation manager, to assist in the planning of reservations, will have a printed diagram of the dining room and will block the guests' names and time next to the table they have been assigned, Finally, as more reservations arrive, the remainder of the dining room is blocked off as previously stated. The key factor in making this system work is having constant communication between the reservation manager and the people taking the reservations.
