Describe the four steps of one-to-one marketing.
What will be an ideal response?
Through one-to-one marketing, firms get to know the wants and needs of individual customers and use that information to customize goods and services. The first step of one-to-one marketing is identifying and getting to know customers in detail. The second step is to differentiate among these customers in terms of their needs and potential value to the company. The third step is interacting with the customers in order to determine how to improve cost efficiency and effectiveness. The final step is customizing services or goods based on information gained through interaction with the customer.
