several behaviors such as: Leading by example--they inspire their employees by

educate and train their employees so they can become more independent; Participative
decision-making--they encourage employees to make suggestions and express their
ideas; Informing--they keep their employees up-to-date with company information and
goals; and Showing concern--they take an interest in the well-being of their employees
