It is possible that neurofeedback could be used to help develop the potential for better leadership behavior owing to brain plasticity etc. Neurologically based data could help form the basis for selection or promotion into leadership positions. Would it be ethical to change the electrical brain structures of individuals to make them better leaders? And who would make these decisions?
