Would it be helpful for college food-service facilities to label foods that are especially helpful in facilitating the bone-building process? If so, how might this be done?
It would be most helpful for college foodservice facilities to encourage the consumption of bone-building nutrients by specifically identifying these food items. For college students, it might help to be creative, use a sticker with bones and teeth, or on the menu, use a symbol of a bone. Whatever means is employed should be visual, as a college student spends no more than 3-5 minutes choosing foods within the cafeteria prior to sitting down to eat.
