What are the conclusions of Goddard’s family studies, and how are they insightful to modern criminal behavioral perspectives?

What will be an ideal response?

One conclusion was that criminality is more common in some families. A second conclusion was that the criminality of the mother had a stronger influence on the future criminality of the children than the criminality of the father. These studies were obviously insightful due to the conclusions just mentioned. Future studies were also directed to seek out more effective methodologies for measuring the influence of genetics and environment (i.e., the nature vs nurture debate).
