The second part is useful for class discussion because some students might respond that the poor, elderly, or less educated would not be able to use a computer; however, the data does not support this assumption. Various studies on patient-entered data have shown that patients have little or no resistance to answering questions on a computer, and that age, education, and poverty are not factors.
