How do nonpolar covalent bonds differ from polar covalent bonds?

What will be an ideal response?

In a nonpolar covalent molecule, the nonmetals sharing electrons have nearly equal electronegativities. The electrons are shared equally. In a polar covalent molecule, the more electronegative nonmetal does not share electrons equally with other nonmetal atoms participating in the bond.
