Will your game benefit from in-game elements such as power-ups? Why or why not?
What will be an ideal response?
You should determine whether or not power-ups are beneficial in their original games. Power-ups and other in-game elements could be considered as one type of gameplay feature out of many possibilities. Benefits might include a direct tie-in to progression (where a player may only receive a power-up as a “reward” after accomplishing an action or completing a task), an “assist” to empower players who are lagging behind, or simply an element of variety that adds to the game experience.
