Discuss three strategies for coping with problems that are out of your control.

What will be an ideal response?

When faced with a problem or situation that is out of your control, you may find it helpful to first, take one day at a time (in other words, take life in stride); second, to talk to others about your situation and your feelings about it; third, to get away, physically, from the situation that is making you feel stressed; fourth, to try to live life as normally as possible; fifth, to become physically and mentally active (exercising, reading, studying, and so on); sixth, to schedule time for recreation (activities that you enjoy and that will take your mind off the situation that's upsetting you); seventh, to do something nice for others (or even yourself); and eighth, to meditate (an activity that can lower your stress level).
