Using a name or description of an item that you can't point to, provide a definition by example for "toothache." If you have difficulty doing so, try to identify the source of the trouble.

What will be an ideal response?

We don't think you can get much closer than indicating someone who's having a toothache, although even then it won't be clear that it is the toothache and not the person's behavior you are exemplifying. Like other sensations, pains are not the sorts of things we can point to, although we can point to the places where we're having them.
