Entrepreneur Kurt Theobald suggests that entrepreneurs focus on others. Explain how this will help entrepreneurs learn from failure.

What will be an ideal response?

When someone focuses on helping vendors, customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and team members succeed, they are more likely to focus on solutions. Personal feelings of guilt are reduced as one focuses on moving forward. Since many people contribute to success, focusing on others helps identify problems early and encourages others to call situations, challenges, and problems to your attention. Focusing on others contributes to a blame-free environment. It is more likely that you will find the motivating, higher purpose in your work.
