What will be an ideal response?

At Montessori's school for preschool-age children, teachers created learning environments based on students' levels of development and readiness to learn new material. According to the Montessori Method, prescribed sets of materials and physical exercises are used to develop students' knowledge and skills, and students are allowed to use or not use the materials as they see fit. The materials arouse students' interest, and interest motivates them to learn. Through highly individualized instruction, students develop self-discipline and self-confidence.
