Explain the difference between public international law and private international law
Public international law is the law governing relations among governments and international organizations. ?It includes the law of war, the acquisition of territory, and the settlement of disputes among nations. Public international law also has rules governing the globe's shared resources and common elements: the sea, outer space, trade, and communications.
