The system would benefit from automatic error checking such as when an employee tries to clock in but had not yet clocked out from a previous day. A message could display to instruct them of the issue and to see a manager. The manager's time record report could also include conditional formatting that flags potential issues such as an employee working overtime or other issues with their time record before payroll is processed.
